I loved the gym. It featured treadmills and stationary bikes! The pool area was clean. I spotted loungers and a shaded area. I thought the on-site restaurant being open around the clock was convenient. The free airport pick-up was also a great bonus!

The Wi-Fi signal occasionally dropped. It made streaming a little difficult.

My stay had a couple of hiccups. The wifi was almost non-existent. It kept disconnecting ALL the time. the hot water in the shower was temperamental. It was either scorching or ice-cold with seemingly no in-between. So frustrating!

The room service was unacceptable. I ordered a simple meal, it arrived one hour later than promised. The food was cold, tasted bland. The order was incorrect and missing items I had paid for.
